1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Meet Claude, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Meet Claude is a free educational platform that teaches web development concepts through interactive lessons. We provide:

  • Guided lessons and interactive exercises
  • Progress tracking and achievements
  • Community features (leaderboards, posts, challenges)

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk) to access most features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not create multiple accounts for abuse purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content in community features
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Content

Lesson content, exercises, and platform design are the property of Meet Claude. Community contributions (posts, comments, TIL entries) remain yours, but you grant us a license to display them on the platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

7. Analytics & Data

We collect usage analytics to improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how it is used.

8. Limitation of Liability

Meet Claude is a free educational tool. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
